Shipping Policy
Malikka ships jewellery using secure, tracked and insured delivery services. A signature may be required on delivery.
We currently offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed shipping on UK orders.
UK shipping takes 5–7 business days. Ready-to-ship items are normally dispatched after payment has cleared and order details have been confirmed.
Made-to-order, bespoke and High Jewellery pieces require additional production time. Final timelines will be confirmed before production begins.
Refund / Returns Policy
For eligible ready-to-wear online purchases, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once your return has been approved, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, certificates and any accompanying materials.
Bespoke, personalised, resized, engraved, made-to-order and High Jewellery pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty, misdescribed or otherwise required by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
