Returns
For eligible ready-to-wear online purchases, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and include the original packaging, certificates and accompanying materials.
Bespoke, personalised, resized, engraved, made-to-order and High Jewellery pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty, misdescribed or otherwise required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
